Some men are ready for the most desperate acts, just to impress women.
The reckless 18-year-old Lee De Pau barely escaped death after an unplanned duel with a crocodile.
He and 24-year-old tourist Sophie Paterson in the morning together drinking alcohol, then the girl invited the young man to jump into the Johnstone River in the north of Queensland, Australia.
Pau fulfilled the girl’s request to impress her.
Once in the water, he was attacked by a huge crocodile, which lurked in the river. Fortunately, the guy survived.
Later in the hospital, Pau shared the details of what happened.
He was about to leave the water, when suddenly the crocodile grabbed his hand and began to drag him into the water. The young man did not lose his head, hit the crocodile on the nose, which weakened the grip of the reptile. After the second blow, he was able to escape from the deadly trap and be saved.
It is noteworthy that the girl was not impressed by the guy’s act, saying that he is too young for her, and the fight with the crocodile does not mean anything.
According to the words of medical worker Neil Noble, the guy was lucky that he did not join the list of those who died as a result of the attack of the crocodile, as it is not uncommon in the local regions.
Recall, the crocodile recently ate a Brazilian football player, 19-year-old Estevao Alberto Gino, who trained on the banks of the Zambezi River. Also the other day, a 35-year-old Australian was torn apart by a crocodile while fishing.
