Life is not easy. The battle of life is, in most cases, fought uphill and not all of us are equipped with the right set of tools. We're all had to face real struggles from the day that we were born. While we all live differently and do not share the same history and environment, it's hard to say that you had it easy, because no matter who you are, you had your share of sand kicked in your face.


People find it hard to cope with stress in modern times. Your day is too short, you don't have enough money, your environment is filled with cold-hearted jerks and the worst feeling of all is when you feel misunderstood and lonely. 
While some decide to cope with the hardship of their lives with positive actions: sports, developing hobbies, yoga, etc -  others decide to do whatever they can to ignore their reality by doing drugs and drinking alcohol.
